Dear KaosPilot 3-year program Alumni
In times when uncertainty, rapid change, and turbulence seem to dominate the horizon, how do we as leaders stay grounded? How do we sustain direction, purpose, and joy in our work, even when the world around us feels disconnected?
As KaosPilots, we’ve always believed in the power of community: in creating spaces where creativity, trust, and possibili ty thrive, even in the most challenging conditions. These are the places where we gather to inspire each other, share courage, and hold fast to the values we’ve built our leadership upon.
What helps us thrive through challenges?
- A strong, shared identity that keeps us aligned when storms hit.
- Open and honest communication that builds trust.
- Rituals and gatherings that remind us we are not alone.
- Solidarity that stretches across time zones and continents.
Therefore, we wish to further strengthen the KP Alumni Group with two new initiatives:
1) Join the LinkedIn group here » — a space to share stories, opportunities, and inspiration with fellow Kaospilots and staff from all generations. Please share the link with class mates and other alumni.
2) Every quarter, we will invite you to an online event (max 2 hours) where we will be inspired by an alumni speaker and get a short update about what’s going on at the school. The first event is Sept. 29th 16:00-18:00 CET. Link and agenda will be announced in the LinkedIn Group.
