Here you will find all the tean leaders at the kaospilots: A Team leaders role is to design and facilitate “the learning space” for the students in collaboration with fellow team leaders - including exam- and project processes.
As a team leader you have the responsibility for the daily activities for and with the team of students – and you are in charge of the educational design that is based on the school’s curriculum and grounded in the school’s pedagogical compass and the formulated values for our organization (Playful, Balance, Risk-taking, Real world, Compassion and Streetwise).
You are also responsible for guidance and coaching of the students
throughout the education – in collaboration with other team leaders and external coaches being involved in the education.
