We make the only quality, organic ice tea in Denmark, and it tastes and look like heaven.

Our passion for quality food products and art set us on a path to do an action-oriented project: starting our own business. We wanted to learn what it takes to go from an idea and, by through developing all aspects of the concept production, get it to market. An important part of the concept is that we have talented, not-yet-established artists to have their art on the bottle, changing it with each small batch.

 

You can now find our delicious thirst quencher in over 50 cafés and restaurants, in Copenhagen, and we are now looking into how to scale the operation, with value creation for people, planet and profit in focus.

 

Professionally, what are the most important things you have learned, as a result of carrying out this project?
The difference between an idea and a business idea, the importance of team alignment and clarification of individual expectations. Creating mutually beneficial partnerships and the power of good storytelling.

 

What are the most important things that you have learned, about yourself, as a result of carrying out this project?

That it’s very important for me that what I’m creating is contributing to a better world, with a continuous discussion of what better means. That I’m very good at establishing and maintaining partnerships.

The importance of thinking of my life holistically – what am I spending my time on, and what do I want to spend my time on.
