Methodology

At the core of the education lies our learning processes. Our methods spring from real-life, real-time. This combined with our way of viewing the world, our beliefs, focus areas, and values create a program where we strive to make all teachings grounded in practice, intentional and meaningful, supported by knowledge and tools, a reflective practice, a natural progression, experimental, and involving.

The idea is to let reality, represented by external clients and the projects developed by the students themselves to correspond to tendencies in society, decide the content of the program. We believe that this direct connection to what is happening in the world inspires the students to approach their education with a sense of purpose and the ability to make a difference, which heightens learning. 

So, we focus everything on:

- real clients, projects and evaluation*

- constant testing and evaluating of our methods, practices, theories, and tools.

Dynamic Project Work 2
Purpose: Introduction to and working with more advanced project tools, in order to obtain an understanding of the complexity of dynamic project design
Process consulting in practice
Purpose: Learn from a practical experience of systemic process consulting and to develop this learning further through a written report.
Creative Business Design II
Purpose: To explore and share in the form of a report and oral exam, the needs, problems and opportunities, as well as developing innovative responses in the form of for instance a marketing plan, business plan or a strategy plan for the client.
World internship
Purpose: The component provides the student with the opportunity to test and expand the capabilities developed during the programme in an organisation of their own choice.
Final Project
Purpose: The culmination of the programme is the final project. The aim of the project is to give the student the opportunity to independently formulate and develop a coherent project and to execute it through all its phases, from idea to realisation.
