The KaosPilots´vision for the future, our strategies for development, all of what we do, is rooted in our beliefs, our values.
When first becoming acquainted with the school you quickly realize that there is a culture here, which is based on our shared values, and results in a sense of identity, an energy and presence of both students and staff, working from the same beliefs, towards common goals.
The KaosPilots believe that empowered persons working together towards goals, which are beneficial for the individual and the many, ultimately build better societies, and doing so means the need for a shared set of values.
Therefore we have defined the schools´ core values to help us stay on track, to serve as a quality filter for decisions, projects, employment, arrangements, everything we do.
