This three-day course equips leaders, facilitators, and learning professionals with a modern, actionable methodology for designing transformational human-centered experiences—whether for workshops, training programs, events or large-scale organizational change.
Day 1 / HEAD: Reframing
We start by building a common language and thinking models for designing experiences. Through systemic mapping, we will identify underlying challenges and understand leverage points for design.
Day 2 / HEART: Create Engagement
We will focus on how to create captivating experiences. Let’s explore how we can design for emotional engagement and communication experiences that promote engagement on a deeper level.
Day 3 / HANDS: Drive Impact
100% hands-on! We will build experienceable prototypes based on co-created cases. Our focus will be on how to be ready for action and developing assessment metrics.

Approach

Our approach stems from our unique philosophical standpoint, which is inherently interdisciplinary.
