During our final year, at Kaospilot, we have created the social enterprise CORE, with the vision of unfolding human potential by connecting people to their values. Our product offers a proactive response to the stress suffered by employees, in companies. All of this is based upon research that has found that connecting people to their values helps people experience less stress.


CORE brings value through 3 separate and synergistic spheres:
Connecting people to a team of experts within personal transformation
1. A 3-step process for connecting employees to their own values
2. An intention of catalyzing a social movement for
3. business leaders


Regarding the future of Core, we have stitched together all the activities, related to our enterprise, into a 1-year action research project: CORE Seasons. Running between Jan. 2015 and Jan. 2016, we will perform 4 executions, carry out academic research, and develop methods with our Board of experts. The 100 businesses leaders will all meet at a gathering at the end of CORE Seasons, communicating to each other, and the World, what they have learned.


Professionally, what are the most important things you have learned, as a result of carrying out this project?
How to create a viable social enterprise which aims to tackle a mega need, within society, at a large scale.
And how to leverage experience design to create deeply meaningful and transformational experiences.
