Preparation for Test Pilots

Dear Test Pilots,

We are so excited to welcome you on Tuesday morning. Before your “arrival” at Kaospilot, there are a couple of things that need to be prepared before the application days in order to make this virtual journey run as smoothly as possible:

1. Create an account for Zoom and download the application or update to the newest version, to make sure that you are ready for the session. Below you will find the Zoom links for each day (it is the same link on each day). Here is how to Join a Zoom Meeting using a link. Test if your webcam and microphone on your computer are working and the sounds and image are good quality. Make sure you are using a stable internet connection and DO NOT use your mobile service hotspot. We strongly recommend to do your own test by calling a friend beforehand.
2. Orientate yourself about Mural – we will be using a platform called Mural, to create an online whiteboard for collaboration. On Tuesday morning, each team will receive a unique link to their own Mural whiteboard, so all you need to know for now is What MURAL is?
3. Read through the Session Description to see what you need to have ready for the individual sessions.
4. Double Diamond: Kaospilot favourite tool will be used during the workshop so make sure to check out the tutorial.

On Tuesday morning, make sure that:

• You are alone in a quite place
• Be ready 15 minutes before start
• Have your e-mail opened
