ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Team Leader at KAOSPILOT, you’ll design transformative learning journeys and facilitate daily student team activities in our dynamic, English-speaking environment, creating educational experiences grounded in our distinctive pedagogical approach while collaborating with fellow team leaders on everything from curriculum development to exams and project periods.

KAOSPILOT is an education for creative leaders, social entrepreneurs, and change-makers. Our flagship offering is the 3-year Enterprising Leadership Program, complemented by our Learning Agency that provides diverse professional development opportunities.
YOUR ROLE AS TEAM LEADER
As a Team Leader at KAOSPILOT, you will guide 35-40 students through a transformative educational journey, balancing daily leadership with strategic educational design. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning of the Semester: Plan and organize the semester according to the curriculum, craft learning modules, set timelines and deliverables, and ensure alignment with our pedagogy.
- Student Development & Coaching: Guide students’ individual and collective growth through coaching, mentoring, and creating inclusive learning environments that accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Resource Management: Source and manage external lecturers, oversee team budgets, and coordinate teaching materials to ensure alignment with educational goals.
- Community Building: Foster a vibrant, supportive internal culture through workshops, peer-to-peer initiatives, and creating spaces that value diverse perspectives.
- Learning Assessment & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of learning processes, projects, and exam results to track student progress and program effectiveness.
- Team Collaboration & Management: Work closely with the Learning Zone team on governance activities, project planning, and performance tracking to ensure cohesive educational delivery.
ABOUT LEARNING ZONE
Learning Zone is the name of the department running the KAOSPILOT three-year program and consists of four team leaders, two project leads and the Head of Studies. Learning Zone is closely connected and in collaboration with the rest of the organization.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE THAT:
- Demonstrated experience designing, planning, and facilitating multi-phase learning journeys
- Have experience with process design and facilitating, teaching and guidance for teams and individuals.
- Have knowledge of the fields of project- and process leadership and business development.
- Are outgoing people, good at creating new relations and project opportunities with external partners.
- Are brave and inspiring and want to contribute to sustainable change.
- Can work in a dynamic working environment, both independently and in collaboration with co-workers.
- Can create inclusive learning experiences that support different learning styles.
- Communicate effectively in English (written & spoken), our working language.
- Are familiar with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with the three-year program at Kaospilot is a plus.

WORK LOCATION
This position is primarily based in Aarhus, with an expectation of on-site presence for student interactions, team meetings, and learning sessions. Some flexibility with a hybrid work arrangement is possible during student’s project periods, while maintaining strong in-person collaboration with students and colleagues.

The position is a time-limited parental cover starting September 17th 2025, and may include a few preparation days in August 2025.
