Meet Seyda Nur Günes
Seyda is our new Team Leader at Kaospilot. From living in Turkey to Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, she is now calling Aarhus, Denmark home. 🏡🌟
Former Mechanical Engineer turned Learning Designer and Human-Centered Design enthusiast. Passionate about redefining education, fostering connections, and healing our disconnect from self, others, and nature. A skilled sense-maker and facilitator who connects the dots, providing clarity and fostering alignment. Above all a people’s person who is curious, likes to laugh and play wholeheartedly.
“I wanted to become a team leader at Kaospilot because it’s an organisation that understands the power of alternative education for creating a regenerative society. It focuses on the real and complex challenges our society faces and teaches practical skills to tackle them. They dive in with curiosity, playfulness , and creativity, aiming for more humane and collective solutions. I deeply resonate with the experimental community based approach to learning. And I love contributing with my skills in learning design, facilitation, and systemic design thinking to help create communities and change the way we do things in our society.
I believe the world doesn’t just need more doctors or engineers; it needs individuals who lead with self-agency, driven by curiosity, passion and deep sense of purpose and are dedicated not only to their personal well-being but also to the prosperity of all and the nurturing of nature. At KP, I would love to co-create a leadership institution that serves as a role model for unconventional ways of learning, collaborating, living, and fostering connections with both one another and the natural world.”
