We now offer our highly recognized and popular Creative Leadership program as an online course. We call it Creative Leadership – The Hybrid Journey.
Leadership plays a defining role in a company’s ability to innovate, cope with change as well as employees well-being and job satisfaction. Make sure you are prepared with our online Creative Leadership training program.
All sessions, except Module 3, are online and will happen via Zoom. However, there are several advantages associated with online training programs for those who are not able to physically travel to off-site workshops. For instance, online training programs tend to be more cost-effective due to the lack of costs to travel, parking, food etc. Also, a well-thought-out and well-implemented online course is just as captivating, rewarding, and developing as an offline course.
Therefore, with our online Creative Leadership program, you will experience the same high-quality education as if you were attending it physically – and you will actually experience both the online and the offline learning space, since the third module will be held in person.
You will learn how to lead and motivate your team to navigate and thrive in constantly changing environments and how to nurture and foster creativity within your organisation.
Program Overview
Today, working in organisations, private companies and public institutions is complex. It is dominated by rapid and disruptive change. This calls for leaders who can navigate and lead in such environments, but also motivate and inspire employees and creative teams to thrive.
Therefore, a new and different type of leadership is needed in today’s world and for the future. A leadership that fosters co-creation, continuous learning, curiosity, and commitment. A well-educated creative leader understands the difference between “me” and “we” and can shift focus from instruction to inspiration and motivation, and from ordinary to extraordinary.
During this program, you will be given the tools, methodologies, and mindset required to lead a creative organisation or a creative team. You will learn to create together on a higher level and be able to foster and nurture powerful creative processes to build collective capacity of your team.
Content
In three inspiring and captivating modules, spread across seven days, you will learn how to lead teams to create meaningful and purposeful outcomes. You will develop your leadership skills and strategies and explore how effective and creative leadership can help increase the innovation capacity in your organisation or team.
Each module builds on the previous one and must be attended in consecutive order.
Module 1 online – The Creative Baseline: It Starts With You
The aim of module 1 is to provide you with an understanding of creative collaboration within your organisation as a space for human interaction.
By eliminating the formal roles and hierarchies, module 1 explores trust and commitment in a team.
In this module you will develop a stronger awareness of your personal impact through authentic and clear communication.
This module will provide you with an understanding of the mindset and skills required to be a creative leader and to lead a team or organisation in a dynamic and constantly changing world.
Module 2 online – The Creative Team: From Me to We
In the second module, you will be provided with an understanding of how to create commitment, alignment, and direction within a creative team. In this module, you will learn how to become a source of inspiration for your team, and how to create a powerful frame where your team members can contribute.
Module 3 in real life – The Creative Outcome: Heading for Creative Breakthroughs
In module 3, we will be working on how you, as a leader, can integrate different elements of creative leadership in your way of leading. This final module is about developing an overview of all the phases in the creative process. This will enable you as a creative leader to lead teams and organisations to extraordinary outcomes.
This module explores different shapes of you as a leader and how to build momentum in the creative process and secure results in situations with tight deadlines.

You learn to understand the nuances being a creative leader.
MODULE 2:
You learn how to lead a team or organisation through alignment, commitment, and direction.
You learn how you can use aesthetics and narratives in order to create strong stages for creative collaboration.
You learn how to inspire your team through authenticity and personal engagement.
MODULE 3 (OFFLINE!)
You learn how to stay present and how to improvise while maintaining an overview of the process.
You develop the courage and daring to challenge and disrupt a team to go beyond the obvious results.
You learn the important differences between facilitating and leading creative collaboration, and how to build momentum in a creative process.
