Facilitating Futures Experiences
A hybrid and hands-on program for facilitators and futures practitioners
By Future Days and Kaospilot
Why it matters?
Reports and scenarios are no longer enough.
Today’s challenges require experiences that move people—imaginatively, emotionally, and collectively.
This program helps practitioners turn futures insight into participatory experiences that shift perspectives, build agency, and open pathways for action and transformation.
What you’ll learn
- Create workshops and gatherings that energize, engage, and emotionally move people.

- Craft compelling storyworlds that help groups relate to complex futures.

Testimonials
What people say about our previous events and learning experiences:
“Future Days expanded my understanding of futures and foresight, revealing its nuances, contradictions, and multiple perspectives on pasts, presents, and futures. I’m grateful for the space Meri and Uri curated: through talks, workshops, and in-between moments. I left with a broader view of futures work, a curiosity for alternative histories, and many new friends and collaborators.”
Joshua Stehr, Strategic Designer for regenerative change
“Intense and immersive 3 days full of activities to really experience what we were learning. The Kaospilot team walks the talk!
Nathalia Andrijic
Senior UX Strategist & Researcher at Google
“This was hand-down the best training I’ve ever had. It was never boring and offered concrete hands-on tools to how to think about designing your experience. While you learn, you get an experience that you don’t want to end. I 100% recommend taking this course, even if just for the experience of it.”
Line Marcher, Senior Creative Strategist Novonesis
