Who we are

Kaospilot has always challenged conventions, fostered creativity, and inspired transformative leadership. With over 30 years of shaping change-makers, we’re now entering a new phase of strategic renewal to cultivate the next generation of leadership that the world needs. 

Kaospilot isn’t just a school. It is a movement. A community united in learning, leading, and co-creating a better tomorrow. 

 

Our ambition 

We aim to create long-term, meaningful change and lasting impact. By bridging sectors, disciplines, and geographies, we address challenges that no one can solve alone. Through unity and shared purpose, we demonstrate the transformative power of collective action. 

 

Our focus areas (2025–2027) 

• Impact-driven curriculum and programs 
  We are redesigning our curricula to maximize their contributions to society, ensuring they address the most pressing global and local challenges. 

• A connected learning community 
  Partnerships with NGOs, private enterprises, and public organizations will be central to our efforts, showcasing the strength of collective action to create systemic change. 

• Local roots, global reach 
  Together with our local community, Aarhus, we will work on living labs – building and testing local solutions and potentially scale to global contexts, bridging the local and the international. 

 

Our vision for 2027 

By 2027, Kaospilot will be recognized as a global leader in transformative education. Deeply rooted in Denmark, we will extend our influence worldwide, shaping impactful leaders and change-makers for a better future.
