Dear Kaospilot community,
We’re opening the doors and bringing the Kaospilot community together for a full day and night to celebrate 35 years of Kaospilot – where we’ve been, where we are, and what might come next.
And we would really love you to be part of it.
This anniversary is about more than looking back. It’s a chance to bring generations of Kaospilots together. To reconnect with old friends and meet the people who came before and after us. To fill the house with stories, conversations, questions, music, memories and new possibilities.
Saturday, 3 October is the main celebration – with gatherings on Friday and Sunday for those who want to make a weekend of it.

We’ll start the day together in our new home with shared experiences, conversations and happenings throughout the house.

Team dinners across Aarhus
Grab your team and organise a dinner together. Reconnect, catch up and spend some proper time around the table.
The dinners are self-organised, so start calling your old teammates now.
21:00–late
A proper Kaospilot party
We’ll come back together for the night at a new and inspiring location in Aarhus.

Kaospilot is at a pivotal moment.
Like many small, independent educational institutions, we’re navigating a reality where the conditions around us are changing quickly. We’re making choices, adapting and working hard to build a strong foundation for what comes next.
And there is still magic being made here.
New Kaospilots are walking through the doors. Ambitious things are taking shape. New partnerships are being created. And we have a lot of belief in where this school can go next.
We believe, perhaps more than ever, that the world needs more Kaospilots.
