Kaospilot Opportunity Grant

For more than three decades, Kaospilot has educated people who go on to lead change – in their communities, industries, and beyond.

Now, with start-up support from Salling, we are establishing the Kaospilot Opportunity Grant – a grant that covers the admission fee for up to four incoming students. Running for the first time in 2026, the grant opens the door for even more people to join the Kaospilot education and contribute to creating positive change.

What the grant offers

  • Up to four students can apply for and receive a grant to cover the admission fee of DKK 35,500 (approx. €4,750) for 2026.
  • The grant is a one-time financial support offered to future students who meet the criteria below.

Who can apply

  • Admission to Kaospilot
You must be accepted (or in the process of being accepted) to the Kaospilot programme.
  • Financial need
The grant is aimed at students who would not otherwise be able to realise their dream of studying at Kaospilot due to financial barriers.
  • Motivation and purpose
You demonstrate strong motivation to join the programme and a clear sense of purpose for how the education will help you develop and contribute to society.
  • Potential to create impact
You show potential to lead positive change, whether through something you’ve started, a community you’re part of, or ideas you’re ready to act on – aligned with what Kaospilot stands for.

How to apply

  1. Send your application to kaos@kaospilot.dk no later than 1 May 2026.
  2. Keep it short and cover all four criteria. There is no specific format required. Please include last year’s tax return and proof of current income as documentation.
  3. A committee consisting of the Head of Studies, a Kaospilot graduate, and a Team Leader will evaluate the applications.
  4. If you receive the grant, you will be informed no later than 18 May 2026. If you have not heard from us by then, your application was not successful this year.

A note on tax

The Kaospilot Opportunity Grant is a one-time financial grant. How it is taxed depends on your individual tax situation and applicable Danish tax regulations. You are responsible for any personal tax obligations that may arise. We recommend seeking independent tax advice if you are in doubt.
