The 4 steps
At Kaospilot, the application process is a reflection of the education itself: a journey designed for changemakers. We’ve built these four steps to discover potential with both care and curiosity.
This isn’t just an assessment – it’s a collaboration. Alongside our current students, we work to seek out those ready to grow, challenge the status quo, and contribute to a dynamic, creative collective. We aren’t just looking for your history; we are looking for your spark.
Step 1: Written Application and Creative Assignment
We want to get to know you: your journey, your motivations, and your creative spark. This first step combines a Written Application with a Creative Assignment, offering you the space to showcase how you think and who you are. Together, these elements help us see your potential and ensure we discover the students who will truly thrive within our community.
Step 2: Application Workshop
Selected candidates are invited to a three-day, in-person workshop at Kaospilot in Aarhus. You’ll join a team of fellow applicants to tackle a creative challenge designed to bring your potential to life. This experience goes beyond simple solutions; it is our chance to see how you navigate uncertainty, think critically, and bring innovative ideas to life within a team setting.
Step 3: Interview
As part of the workshop, you’ll participate in an interview with our staff and current students. This is a deeper dive into your story, your interests, and your vision for the future. It’s also your chance to experience what it’s like to be part of our community -connecting with the people who make Kaospilot what it is.
Step 4: Selection
Shortly after the workshop, we’ll reach out with our decision. Whether you receive an offer of admission, are placed on our waiting list, or are encouraged to reapply in the future, we are committed to transparent and timely communication. Our goal is to empower you to plan your next steps with confidence.
