This shortened online version of our Kaospilot Experience Design training will help you lay a strategic foundation and then rapidly design experiences with emotion and purpose that change the way people think, feel and act. You will leave as an experience designer with modern tools and mindsets to drive engagement for online and offline experiences.
In this experience design course, over three sessions + two peer-to-peer calls, we will help you design for meaning and learning while you implement online or offline experiences that will set you apart in your ability to grow people and relationships. The program provides you with three high paced sessions to give you a basic toolbox and then a peer team to practice designing meaningful experiences in your professional and personal life. These peer teams are always a highlight of our online trainings.
Whether you are working with experience design in relation to end-users or employees, our holistic framework will enable you to create meaningful experiences with purpose that changes the way people think, feel and act.
Session 1 — Designing for Meaning ❤️
This session will explore all you need to know to get started designing a meaningful experience. The first step is creating the purpose, meanings, and emotions you are aiming for. This will help you engage yourself, your team, and ultimately your users.
Session 2 — Learning Through Action 🖐️
In this session you land your insights from your first prototypes. You will then dive into creating value rapidly, prototyping and integrating a learning mindset into your work.
Session 3 — Bringing it Together ❤️ + 🖐️
In this session you will focus on landing your insights from your second round of prototypes and bringing together designing for meaning and learning through action into your daily work and life.
You will also take advantage of 2 x 2-hour sessions of peer-to-peer learning with a small curated global team of professionals for you to exchange and learn with. These calls are arranged in your peer teams.

What is the difference between the online Experience Design Bootcamp and the Kaospilot Experience Design 3 day Immersion?
For and introduction for people with less than 2 year experience in designing experiences, the online bootcamp is a good starting place. You will learn and practice 2 out of 3 of the mindsets for designing meaningful experiences. For those wanting to learn the full 3 step methodology the Kaospilot Experience Design Signature Immersion is the right choice.
All sessions are online and will happen via Zoom.
