We believe that co-created and well managed regenerative strategies and transitions, with teams and across departments, inspired by natural & living systems can drive organisational GROWTH. Growth strategies that must include CULTURE, CUSTOMERS & CLIMATE as core elements, supported by a clear project & learning strategy for unified management, leadership & organisational development.
Therefore, we will train and explore regenerative management for increasing the capacity for engagement and creativity and embracing complexity to become managers and hosts of a creative culture for day to day projects and systemic adaptive ones.
Complexity and uncertainty are on the rise across all sectors as we bridge many internal & external challenges such as financing; higher state control, AI, geopolitics, national policies and assessment, staff turnover, engagement and retention, industry, social and environmental pressures. And, of course operationally, increased pressure on administration and the growing complexity and diversity of the challenges managers face.
By fostering a culture of strategic regenerative project management, systems can proactively work and navigate within between CHAOS AND ORDER, PRODUCTIVITY AND CREATIVITY, FRUSTRATION & BREAKTHROUGH to advance cooperation and interconnectedness for sustainable (change) project and transition management. This will be the new competitive advantage for business and institutional development & growth.

For Kaos managers to súcceed, we must train and prepare a new breed of managers & administrators to understand complexity, DISRUPT approaches and navigate in uncertainty with the courage to let go of industrial processes and productivity to co-create space and ways of working & thinking to explore and adapt new ways to manage, host, facilitate & lead for organisational and regenerative change.

It is someone who, inspired by nature & systems, actively responds to current & emerging challenges by driving and consciously managing projects and processes that empower their teams and organisations to implement this 3 step cyclical process, fostering transformation through strategic regenerative projects & transition.

Course Overview
You will be brought through the full process so as to train & prepare you to run it again in your own organisations.
Step 0. CALL TO ADVENTURE & invitation to set the days and beyond.
The Phase ZERO – orientation & vision setting beyond ableness – 3P growth.
Step 1. IDENTIFY
The first phase, IDENTIFY to explore, sense & identify yourself, your team, your organisation* & its system
* observe & understand the current potential, development, interconnectedness, emergence, intrin-extrinsic team & org challenges.
Step 2. INVENT (& design for IMPLEMENTATION)
The second phase, INVENT & IMPLEMENT, where you will choose to focus on either your team or organisation and harvest, synthesise & reframe, enhance and evaluate.
Sense and adapt, Empower & Engage
Learn how to create & plan for the implementation (invite, apply, test, prototype, iterate & live with) of your regenerative project plan, next steps, blind spots, tasks, success, challenges and meeting resistance. And, supported by your course leader & peers in triad groups.
Step 3. Implement and Improve (Experiment & evaluate)
Explore how to work iteratively and design & manage micro-experimnet for

Approach
The unique KAOSPILOT approach is built around a rigorous training platform that dynamically combines practice, reflection and theory. You will be applying tools and theory, which you will learn about through practical exercises. Our approach enables you to acquire different mindsets to apply to your work. This includes experimentation, exploration and taking initiative.
