Feminist Leadership
Lead with awareness, build trust, and create organizations where people thrive
Program Overview
Leadership today is no longer about authority alone. It is about understanding people, navigating complexity, and creating the conditions where others can grow.
The Feminist Leadership program is an experience-based leadership course that helps leaders understand power, strengthen self-awareness, and build more inclusive, psychologically safe, and high-performing teams. Using feminist leadership as its analytical framework, participants learn to recognize how power, relationships, and organizational culture shape collaboration and decision-making.
Rather than seeing leadership as control, the program explores leadership as the ability to empower others, foster trust, and create alignment between values and everyday actions. Participants develop the awareness and practical tools needed to lead diverse teams, navigate complexity, and build organizations where people feel seen, engaged, and able to contribute.
Through practical exercises, dialogue, reflection, and real-world application, participants leave with a deeper understanding of themselves as leaders—and with concrete leadership practices they can immediately apply in their organizations.

Why Choose This Program
Leadership that creates empowerment
Great leaders do not create followers—they create environments where others can take ownership, contribute, and grow. This program helps participants develop the mindset and practices that enable teams to flourish.
Understand power instead of avoiding it
Power exists in every organization. Rather than treating power as something negative, participants learn how to recognize power dynamics, use influence responsibly, and create cultures built on trust, accountability, and shared responsibility.
Bridge the gap between values and action
Many organizations aspire to be inclusive, collaborative, and purpose-driven. Few consistently live those values. This program equips leaders with practical tools for turning intentions into everyday leadership behaviours.
Learning Outcomes

Program Content
The program is structured around three interconnected modules.
Module 1 — Understanding Power
Explore what power is, how it operates in organizations, and how visible and invisible power structures influence relationships, decision-making, and collaboration.
Participants develop greater awareness of their own position within systems of power while learning to recognize the opportunities and responsibilities that leadership brings.
Module 2 — The Feminist Leader
This module introduces feminist leadership as a practical leadership approach rather than an ideological position.
Participants explore different leadership styles, examine their own assumptions about authority, and learn how to move from managing people toward enabling people.
The focus is on building leadership rooted in trust, accountability, empathy, and shared responsibility.
Module 3 — From Power to Empowerment
Leadership only creates change when values become action.
The final module focuses on translating reflection into everyday leadership practice. Participants work with practical tools for recognizing bias, creating psychologically safer spaces, facilitating inclusion, and making decisions that are consistent with the kind of organizational culture they want to build.
Our Approach
The Feminist Leadership program combines critical reflection with highly practical leadership development.
Key elements include:
Leadership through reflection
Participants strengthen their ability to understand themselves before leading others.
Power as a leadership resource
Rather than avoiding conversations about power, participants learn to recognize and work with power consciously and responsibly.
Short theory, high practice
Concepts are introduced through concise theoretical inputs before being explored through experiential exercises, reflection, and practical application.
Individual and organizational perspectives
Participants work simultaneously with their own leadership practice and the broader systems, cultures, and structures that shape organizational life.
The result is a learning experience that is practical, reflective, and immediately applicable to everyday leadership.
