PART 1
Part ONE of this program is an introductory masterclass that aims to train you in experiential learning and teaching. You will also dive into the art of facilitation and curating learning processes and learn how to increase student engagement and create safe learning spaces.
A Three-day masterclass to enable educators, facilitators & trainers to explore experiential ways of learning to inspire and facilitate creativity, engagement, innovation & risk in offline, online & hybrid learning design, spaces & education
PART 2
Part TWO of this program is a masterclass that aims to advance exploration of the Learning Arch design process for you to become a Master Archer, of the visceral, visual & verbal elements in setting, holding and landing learning journeys, arches and spaces.
A four-day masterclass for educators to master the art & craft of facilitating and designing learning spaces and to strengthen knowledge, ability, competence, confidence and hone the skills to design, lead, facilitate and execute experiential learning journeys (arches) through practice & training, in an experimental Learning-Arch lab.

The Kaospilot Designing and Facilitating Learning Spaces program is aimed towards third-level educators, program directors, trainers and edu-preneurs.

Approach
The unique Kaospilot approach is built around a rigorous training platform that dynamically combines practise, reflection and theory. You will be applying tools and theory, which you will learn about through practical exercises. Our approach enables you to acquire different mindsets to apply to your work. This includes experimentation, exploration and taking initiative.
You will have the opportunity to talk about your ideas for pedagogical and methodological change, but also to practice and develop these. The program will radically change your approach, and help you to grow as an individual and to gain new perspectives.
