Adidas SEA (Social and Environmental Affairs) team days
Project Challenge
As part of the global SEA three day long team meeting in Adidas, Kaospilot was asked to lead the third day in this meeting.
The day focused on creating confidence in the new role and the emerging future for the SEA team members.
Outcome
The outcomes of CONFIDENCE day was a book that the whole team co-created. The book contained 70 examples of already existing best practises (one for each team member) that were in line with the SEA extended role.
The second outcome of CONFIDENCE day was a peer network that serves as an informal organisational structure for mutual support in the learning process related to developing the skills and practises for the extended SEA role.
