Description
The Royal Academy of Management in Oman has launched the Future Leaders Programme to develop the leadership capabilities of young Omani professionals. Created in alignment with Oman Vision 2040 and in partnership with HBKU, GLOBIS Europe, Matterz, and KAOSPILOT, the six-month programme features three modules—Discover, Foresee, and Pioneer—as well as three talent labs, combining international best practices, innovation, and strategic thinking. Participants will also visit Japan to engage with global leaders and institutions, gaining insights into technological advancement, change management, and sustainable leadership. Targeting 50 professionals, including those from SMEs, startups, and freelance sectors, the programme emphasizes hands-on learning, collaboration, and real-world problem-solving. It aims to foster a culture of innovation, enhance leadership competencies, and build a strong network of future-ready leaders who can positively impact their communities and contribute to national development.
Outcome
50 talented young Omanis were educated as innovative frontrunner to support the Oman Vision 2040 – a comprehensive national development strategy that aims to transform Oman into a developed nation with a knowledge-based economy, sustainable development, and enhanced quality of life for its citizen
