How do you enable a leadership mindset and develop an organizational culture where employees and leaders can be creative and proactive around challenges, work cross sectorial with learning and solutions, while being in operational mode.
An agile organization that can innovate and be in operational mode at the same time.
Context
The municipality is facing challenges on many different levels and there is a need for cross sectorial collaboration and a Now here approach to experimenting with new ways and solutions to the challenges. There is a need for a new mindset and culture for innovation and learning.
Description
A nine days leadership training program conducted 7 times over three years for all leadership roles in the municipality.
Outcome
Approx 350 leaders went through the nine days of leadership training.
